- $25,000.00 Coverage for $34.752 per month (Ontario Residents please add 8% PST)
- Premiums can be paid on a monthly or yearly basis (yearly rates= $34.75 x 12 months)

Eligibility
- Between the ages of 18 to 55.
- Coverage terminates when the insured reaches age 65
